Hadis tanqidida hanafiy manhajining zamonaviy talqini (Muhammad Xalifaning ilmiy yondashuvi misolida)

Bugungi kunda hadis ilmi sohasida olib borilayotgan zamonaviy tadqiqotlar, ayniqsa, hadisni tanqidiy mezonlar asosida qayta ko‘rib chiqish zaruriyatini yuzaga chiqarmoqda. Islom tafakkurining doimiy harakatchanligi, ijtimoiy voqeliklarning murakkablashuvi, musulmon jamiyatlarida fikriy uyg‘onish jarayonlari hadis ilmini ham o‘zgacha nazar bilan ko‘rishga majbur qilmoqda. Ayniqsa, hadis va fiqh o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro aloqalarni aniqlashda, hanafiy manhajning roli muhim bo‘lib bormoqda. Shu nuqtai nazardan olganda, Muhammad Xalifaning “Manhajul Ḥanafiyya fīi Naqd al-Ḥadis baynan nazariyya vat-tatbiq” asari hadis tanqidida noyob metodologik yondashuvni ilgari suradi. Ushbu maqola mazkur asarning asosiy tamoyillari, yondashuvlari va boshqa zamonaviy tadqiqotlar bilan solishtirilgan farqli jihatlarini tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlanadi. Muhammad Xalifaning tanqidiy yondashuvi: asosiy nuqtalar Xalifaning yondashuvida hadis tanqidi ikki darajada olib boriladi: nazariy va amaliy. Nazariy jihatdan u hanafiylar qo‘llagan hadis qabul qilish mezonlarini ilmiy jihatdan qayta tahlil qiladi. Bu yerda isnodga to‘liq tayanmasdan, matn mazmuni, kontekst, urf, maqosid, shariat ruhiga muvofiqlik kabi omillar asosiy mezon sifatida ko‘riladi. Xususan, muallif hanafiylar tomonidan ba’zi sahih hadislarning rad qilinishiga asos bo‘lgan metodik sabablarga chuqur e’tibor qaratadi. Bu hadisning muomalaviy yoki ibodiy amaliyotga zid bo‘lishi, Qur’on ruhi bilan mos tushmasligi, yoki fiqhiy qoidalarni buzishi bilan izohlanadi. Muhammad Xalifa bu yondashuvni nafaqat himoya qiladi, balki uni zamonaviy islomiy fikrda qo‘llash zaruratini asoslab beradi. Zamonaviy Asarlar bilan qiyosiy tahlil – Muhammad Xalifaning asari hadis tanqidiga bag‘ishlangan boshqa zamonaviy olimlar, jumladan, Yusuf al-Qarzoviy, Muhammad G‘azzoliy, Amin Xuli va Mustafa Siba‘iylarning ishlaridan ko‘plab farqlar bilan ajralib turadi. Masalan, Yusuf Qarazoviy o‘zining “Kayfa na‘amalu ma as-sunna” asarida hadis bilan ishlashning umumiy qoidalarini belgilasa-da, u hanafiy usulning ichki tafsilotlariga kirmaydi. Muhammad Xalifa esa hadisni qabul qilish mezonlarini faqat nazariy emas, balki amaliy misollar orqali chuqur tahlil qiladi. Bu esa hanafiy manhajning tarixiy va hozirgi dolzarbligini ochib beradi. Amin al Xuli va unga ergashgan zamonaviy mustashriqona yo‘nalishdagi olimlar hadisga tanqidiy yondashishda ba’zida keskin va inkoriy pozitsiyani tutgan bo‘lsalar, Xalifaning metodologiyasi ehtiyotkor, an’anaviy poydevorga tayanadi. Uning yondashuvi — hadisni rad etmay, balki o‘z kontekstida anglash va fiqhiy mezonlar orqali tahlil qilishga qaratilgan. Ilmiy va amaliy ahamiyati – Muhammad Xalifaning yondashuvi nafaqat hadis ilmi, balki fiqh, usul al-fiqh, tafsir va zamonaviy islom tafakkuri uchun ham muhim asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi. Ayniqsa, musulmon jamiyatlarida yangicha huquqiy fikr, ijtimoiy qarorlar va diniy murosalar ishlab chiqishda Xalifaning metodologiyasi muhim nazariy vosita hisoblanadi. Asarning dolzarbligi shundaki, u hadisni matn, ma’no va maqsad asosida tahlil qilishni targ‘ib qiladi. Bu yondashuv an’anani buzmasdan, islоh qilishga, ijtihod ruhini tiklashga, zamon bilan hamohang fikr yuritishga yo‘l ochadi. Muhammad Xalifaning “Manhajul Hanafiyya fi Naqd al-Hadis” asari hadis tanqidini faqat isnod va rivoyat doirasidagina emas, balki fiqhiy, ma’naviy va ijtimoiy mezonlar asosida tahlil qilish zaruriyatini ilmiy asoslaydi. U hanafiy manhajning chuqur va murakkab jihatlarini ochib, uni zamonaviy metodologiya bilan uyg‘unlashtirishga erishgan. The role of Muhammad Obid Sindi’s work “al-Mawahibu-l-latifa” in the science of hadith

Abstract: This article examines the place of Muhammad Abid Sindi’s work “al-Mawahib-ul-latifa” in the science of hadith. In the work, the scholar provided detailed and extensive information about the sciences related to the text of the hadith, the sciences related to the chain of transmission of the hadith, the sciences related to the history of the hadith, and the sciences related to the jurisprudence of the hadith. Sindi’s contribution to the science of hadith in acquiring and imparting knowledge, his other works, the distinguishing features of his scientific activity, the scholar’s mastery of other sciences besides hadith, his perseverance in acquiring knowledge and his patience in the face of hardships, and the fact that this person was an even more mature person, are discussed. Keywords: Muhammad Abid Sindi, “al-Mawahib-ul-latifa”, science of hadith, chain of transmission, mutawatir, narrator, jarh and tadil Muhammad Abid Sindi’s work “Al-Mawahibu-l-Latifah” is certainly one of the important literatures in the study of Islamic hadith and jurisprudence. His lighting style is unique and rich in scientific interpretation. After quoting the hadith narrated by Abu Hanifa (may God have mercy on him), Muhammad Abid Sindi mentions the hadith in the books of the muhaddith in the following order: Imam Bukhari in “Jomeu-s-Sahih”, Imam Muslim in “Sahih”, Imam Malik in “Muwatta”, Abu Dawud, Imam Tirmidhi, Nasa’i, Ibn Majah, Darqutni and Bayhaqis in “Sunan”, Imam Shofei, Ahmad ibn Hanbal, Dorimi, Bazzar, Abu Ya’la Musiliyy in their “Musnad”, Tabarani mentions them in three mojam and others. Then he mentions the differences in the wording of the narrations. Then, he cites other hadiths related to the issue stated in the content of the hadith, explains the chain of transmission and the status of the narrators of the hadith, and states the level of the hadith. Also, he cites the hadiths that are related and witnessed in order for the hadith in the Musnad of Abu Hanifa (may Allah have mercy on him) to be evidence for the fiqh issue. By doing this, he shows that the hadith narrated by Abu Hanifa (may Allah have mercy on him) is not weak. Also, after mentioning the things listed above in his commentary on the hadith, the scholar focuses on the companion who narrated the hadith and briefly presents his translation status. Then, he focuses on each narrator in the chain of transmission of the hadith one by one. Then, he explains the rare (rare) words in the hadith. Then, he moves on to explaining the fiqh issue that can be derived from the hadith. Many scholars have praised this book. For example, Muhammad ibn Yahya Taymiyyah, the author of the book “al-Yani’ al-Janiyyah”, said: “The book “al-Mawahib al-Latifa” is a wonderful book, which is very beneficial for both the jurist and the hadith scholar.” Therefore, the hadith scholar Sheikh Muhammad Rashid al-Nu’maniyyah, who read this work, said: “I read the work “al-Mawahib al-Latifa”.
